Rotary District 5340 is counting down to itsRYLA-3c-rgb 2013 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards conference, where 300 high school students and 45 Rotarians meet for three days to experience, discuss and practice leadership at the mile-high Idyllwild Pines Camp and Conference Center in Southern California’s San Jacinto Mountains.
